From quarter-life crisis to dreamlife: My Journey to become authentic me
For a long time, I did everything I thought was “right.” I studied hard, worked even harder, and built a life that looked fine on the outside. But inside, I felt completely disconnected.
I remember those years in my tiny 12-square-meter student room, barely earning enough to get by. That’s when I threw myself into creating an online business (yes the ones you see everywhere on the socials), not because I loved it, but because I kept seeing it everywhere and thought this must be the way to freedom. It was my first taste of stepping outside the traditional path, but also a wake-up call that chasing trends wasn’t the same as following my truth.
That’s when my quarter-life crisis began, or better said, my quarter-life awakening. Everything I thought I was building fell apart, only to make space for something much deeper:my authentic self.
It wasn’t until I began traveling through Central America that things started to shift. For the first time in years, I felt real freedom, exploring new cultures, meeting strangers who felt like mirrors, and realizing that life could be bigger than the box I had been living in.
And that’s why I do what I do now. I guide people back to themselves, to the version of them that has always been there beneath the conditioning and “shoulds.” Through subconscious rewiring, energetic work, and aligned action, I help you break through the patterns keeping you small so you can finally create the life you’re meant for.
Because I know what it feels like to be lost, disconnected, and searching for answers outside of yourself. And I also know what it feels like to come home, to create freedom from within, and watch your outer world transform.
Today, I run my own business, live in Mexico, and travel frequently. I wake up in the life I once only dreamed about, the exact vision I wrote down when I first started an online business, when it felt impossible and so far out of reach. What felt like a fantasy back then is now my reality.
And beyond the business, I’m just me: I’m a horse girl, I can eat pasta every single day without getting tired of it, and nothing makes me happier than watching the sunset on the water. At the end of the day, I’m really not that different from you, I just chose to stop settling for ‘fine’ and start creating the life I once thought was impossible.
This is my version of freedom. And the best part? I know that what once felt impossible for me, can become possible for you too.
